Water quality in target parameters, but still having trouble?
Please call the office to schedule an appointment. We will send you a history form to complete and return before your visit. Please bring your fish in an appropriately sized container, thermally insulated, to avoid wide temperature shifts during transport. Please also bring a separate container of water for testing (and to use for anesthesia if needed). Please send a video and/or still pictures of your tank set up by e-mail in advance of the appointment.
Can’t come in, but would like an E-mail consultation?
These are available for an appointment fee. If the consultation determines that the fish needs a physical exam +/- diagnostics to be helped, the cost of the e-mail consultation will be credited towards your office visit fee.
